If you need to return your merchandise for any reason, please repack the product in the original packing materials used to ship it to you, and enclose your item receipt. When sending an item back to us, we suggest that you use a shipping service that provides tracking since we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

How do I exchange an item?
You can exchange an item within 30 days of the purchase date by returning it using the Return the instructions above and indicating what item you want instead. When we receive the exchange, we'll credit or charge your card the difference between your original purchase and your new one.
Defective Items
If your item is defective, please contact the manufacturer for instructions as most of the time they can resolve the problem with you directly.

Damages
Should a shipment arrive damaged, please notify us within the 72 hours of receiving the shipment and we will arrange to have a replacement sent out right away.
